Price Quote: 

The quote is subject to physical verification. While AI usually gets the measurement right, sometimes is needs to be adjusted to reflect the correct size of the lawn. Surcharges apply for lawns with fences or on corner lots. 

If the lawn is overgrown (more than 6" tall) an additional fee will be charged to bag and cut the lawn twice to get it to a healthy height. 

1. Billing and Payments

  • Billing Cycle: Services are billed as performed. Invoices are generated after each service.

  • Declined or Missed Payments: In the event of a declined or missed payment, service will be suspended until the balance is resolved.

2. Property Access and Preparation

To provide the most efficient and high-quality service, we require your cooperation in preparing the yard:

  • Clearance of Items: Please ensure the lawn is free of toys, hoses, lawn furniture, decorations, and other debris prior to our scheduled arrival.

  • "Best Effort" Policy: While our crew will make every reasonable effort to move small, non-fixed items to clear a path, we are not responsible for moving heavy items or obstacles. If a section of the lawn is inaccessible due to clutter, we may be unable to service that specific area.

3. Pet Waste and Sanitation

We take the health and safety of our equipment and our team seriously.

  • Yard Maintenance: Clients are responsible for ensuring the lawn is clear of pet waste prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Policy: If a lawn is found to be excessively soiled, we reserve the right to skip service for that day or apply a "sanitation fee" for the extra time/cleaning required.

  • Add-On Services: We do offer a dedicated weekly pet waste removal service for an additional fee. If you are interested in this service, please contact us to add it to your plan.

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. Items Left in Yard: We are not responsible for damage to any items (toys, hoses, decor, etc.) left on the lawn during the time of service. Please ensure all personal property is safely secured or moved from the grass area before your scheduled mow.

  2. Damage Reporting: Should any damage to your property occur due to our operations, please notify us within 24 hours of the service date so we can assess and address the issue promptly.
